Main aim of this Workshop is to learn how to surf Internet, how to see so many interesting things, meet new friends and introduce yourself to the World.
Workshop starts with some basic principles of the UNIX operating system, and common network environment.
Then, participants will learn how to mail a message and to read received messages (that is, how to use e-mail), how to transfer files from and to local system or network host (ftp), how to communicate with other users on Net (talk), and other interesting and userful network services.
How to find people, files and articles on Net, how to find, read and make available information, that is a topic of third part of Internet Workshop. It shows how to use Gopher, WWW, X.500, Whois.
Participants will also be able to learn how to use HTML and make their own home pages.
